Sat down to work this morn

Sat down to work this morn

Laptop. Sparkling water. Typical vibes.

But what I saw on the table?

Marketing that would make half of Soho weep.

A mini sign: ‘Be right back’ 30 min massage next door 100k IDR (£4.60) They’ll hold your seat + your stuff

Same café. Same crowd. All remote workers.

The spa next door knows exactly who they’re speaking to:

Digital nomads, mid-work slump, open to persuasion.

(aka: me and all of you reading this)

They don’t need funnels or Facebook Ads.

They just need a laminated sign and a soft sell.

Meanwhile…

your brand’s burning £10k on retargeting ads that don’t even convert 🫠

Not because you’re bad at marketing.

Because you stopped thinking.

Do better.

Your next breakthrough doesn’t need a media buyer.

It needs a whiteboard, 10 minutes, and someone who actually cares.

If a spa in Bali can hack attention for £4.60…

so can you.
